New Announcement: New forum and new plans introduced

It goes back one month when we last mailed you concerning our services.

Thank you all for participating on our recent poll. Your feedback was very helpfull and will definitely make us better.

Yesterday we introduce 2 unique things

1)We had in mind long time ago to create a forum in order people to be able to help each other and questions not to be answered again and again through support tickets. Some of you, requested a forum through our poll too. So we created one.

This will help us from respondingto millions of support tickets every day and you from waiting patiently for an answer. This could also lead into a price fall. We do not want you to stop submitting tickets, we want to avoid some answers that we've covered a lot from our knowledgebase and answered a lot.

2) As you know, we can not provide a lot of shared seedboxes with 100/100 guaranteed, so we created a new product group called :

Shared Dedicated Servers.

Instead of trying to find a partner to share a box, we are going to do that for you. But the space will be divided in 2 pieces in order to avoid bad situations.

For now you can rent Shared Start 1 and Shared Start 2, which are like Start 1 and Start 2 plans, but you'll have the diskspace divided in to 2 partitions.

These plans have pre-installed a gui, a sftp server and wine in order to be able to install utorrent.
